What do you actually do for my business?

I help e-commerce brands unlock growth and scale profitably. That might mean new ad creative, conversion optimisation, fixing email flows, or reworking your offer. I find the biggest opportunities and build the plan to capture them.

I’ve scaled multiple businesses to 8 figures. Built one of the world’s largest online keto brands with 500,000 customers in the first year. Today I drive growth for leading Australian e-commerce stores. What works at the top level gets applied directly inside your business.

How are you different from an agency?

In my experience, most agencies are bad. I’ve not seen many good ones, apart from a few hidden, large-scale operators. That’s one of the reasons I started doing this. I saw a gap.

I believe you shouldn’t start a business unless you are either right at the edge of a trend or a huge multiplier better than the competition. Ideally both. Most agencies don’t meet either test. They offer cookie-cutter work and stay surface-level.

I don’t. I go deep. I build strategies, run the numbers, and make sure the work gets done. You don’t deal with account managers or decks. You work directly with me.

Do you replace my current marketing team or agency?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I see it like a jigsaw puzzle. You probably already have some strong pieces in place. My role is to complete the picture.

If you have a good team or agency, I plug in, guide, optimise, and hold them accountable. If you don’t, I can replace what’s missing with proven partners or my own specialists.

I don’t force a fixed model. No cookie-cutter. I adapt to your business so the pieces fit.
