My approach for BodyMapp centered on creating a seamless user journey to drive conversions. Initially, users downloaded the app and were immediately thrown into it without any onboarding or free trial experience. To enhance this process, I implemented a step-by-step guide and a streamlined payment page, significantly improving the initial user experience.
Detailed research and analysis played a crucial role. I downloaded and analysed hundreds of apps, studying their user journeys, purchase processes, and onboarding experiences. This meticulous research involved scrutinising the overall user experiences—a specialty of mine.
